I would highly recommend Emilio Foffano as your trustworthy real estate agent. I was about to put in an offer on a property this particular evening and Emilio called me and asked me if I would look at one more property that just came on the market that same day. He had the sale knowing I was coming to his office to draw up the offer yet he thought of me when he saw this listing and asked me to view it first before I put the offer in on the other property.  I fell in love with this new listing and instead put the offer in on it.  He cares about your best interests as opposed to his commission.  This my friends is exceedingly rare!
